The Challenge
Hiring through traditional agencies is slow and expensive, with large upfront retainers and no guarantee of a placement. Hiring Platform needed a platform that gave employers instant access to specialist recruiters while removing the financial risk of starting a search.
The Solution
We built a recruitment marketplace where employers post a role and immediately reach a network of 1,382+ vetted specialist recruiters, paying a simple 15% fee only on a successful hire. Dashboards, shortlisting, and secure messaging keep every search organised. The platform runs on Next.js, React, and Tailwind CSS with Supabase and PostgreSQL.
